"The word Meander comes from the name of a winding river in Ancient Greece Maiandros / Μαίανδρος. The Meander symbol, also recognized as the Greek Key pattern, is one of the most ancient motifs found across a range of early civilizations. It is said to represent the eternal flow, movement and continuation of life.
In my understanding, the meaning of Meandering speaks to this and the notion of a wandering journey. For this album, I carefully hand-picked repertoire with the hope of it resonating with this common human experience."
